At Innovation & Enterprise (I&E), the Venture Creation and Growth (VCG) translates and venture-builds research into impactful deep tech startups.

VCG comprises 3 elements:

• Nurture with A*STARCENTRAL, via its Entrepreneurship and Market Access Programmes, Incubation space and Community & Collaboration
• Build with Pipeline & Partnerships, which identifies promising technologies and builds strategic collaborations with industry and investors;
• Stewardship with Portfolio Management on portfolio matters to support spin-offs in scaling and fundraising.

VCG brings together scientists, founders, investors and partners to translate science and technology into globally investible ventures.

Together, the 3 elements form a robust venture-building engine that strengthens Singapore-based innovation ecosystem and advances A*STAR’s mission to create economic and societal impact through science and technology.
